I'm such a sucker for young-adult TV dramas. Actually, I'm just a sucker for Smallville. I got home retardedly early today (I was walking in my door at 4) so I took a 3 hour nap and then started to watch the season 2 dvd. Watching smallville just makes me want to go to Vancouver even more than I normally do. I found out today that I'll be making a little more money than I thought at my new job, so I think the GersoninBC2005 - or whatever I called it yesterday - will actually happen if I keep to a regular savings plan.
Speaking of work, I started again at RBC today. Man, their A/C was cranked SUPER high when I got there in the morning. I'm serious, it was absolutely freezing in there. I loved it. The lady in the desk in front of mine was asking the manager if he could do something about turning the A/C down because she didn't want to have to wear a jacket indoors during the summer.
Speaking of jackets, has anyone seen my blue sweater/jacket? I can't find it anywhere, and I've looked around my place for it without any luck. I can't even remember the last time I wore it, which means it could be anywhere. In any case, if you see it, lemme know. I won't need it until fall, but I'd like to know if I've really lost it or not before then.
Speaking of the fall, I'm assuming August 31st will be the end of this summer period where it's like the summer after high school. So everyone who's gonna get a new job, or move, or break up, or hook up, or do something weird, has until August 31st to enter their submissions. I'm personally looking forward to my own submission. I have no idea what it'll be, but I'm hoping it to be a hookup. I can eliminate the break up, and another new job isn't likely. I could move I guess, but that's not likely either. So here's to my eminent hook up. I'll let you all know when I meet her.
