Today was a day of many things. Many, many things.
First, I went downtown, I saw Chris at BR, but after telling me he'd meet me for lunch at 12, he had his lunch break at 1, and was out of the store, so I left to go home. On my way to grab some lunch before I came back uptown, I met Large and Medium (from the NYC trip last year) at Yonge and Bloor. They even asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with them. I told them I was on my way home, to avoid eating with them. I don't hate them, but I don't think I could hold a serious conversation with them. I was thanked for attempting to go to Large's party though. Nice of her to think of me. :)
Then I went to Biriyani house for lunch. That place ALWAYS has good food. (corner of yonge and bloor, in the little laneway, in case you wanted to go there) I hope that someday I'll be able to cook Chicken Thali's like they do there.
SPEAKING of cooking, I baked blueberry muffins using Matt's mom's recipe today. I was going to make muffins actually, but then I forgot to get the paper muffin cup thingys, so it became a blueberry loaf. In any case, it's absolutely delicioso. I'll save some for you guys if you wanna come by and get some. And some for MC and Glenno, since they asked.
Then I went to Matt's place to watch the hockey game. Man, it's so NOT enjoyable to watch hockey with fans of the opposing team. I couldn't say anything about the game, since my comments would be jumped upon. There were plenty of arguments about the game anyways, so from now on, no Leaf games with Senators fans. Toronto fans have learned to lose, but Sens fans simply can't take it.
Tomorrow, cheesecake. With Bailey's. Oh, you know it.
